Cats will likely be drawn to Kitty Lawn naturally, but we recommend sprinkling some catnip on the pad to encourage use.
We suggest you only water the Kitty Lawn as needed because most cats don't like laying on wet grass! If your cat doesnât mind the dampness or you live in a hotter climate, a little watering will extend the life of the lawn. But please keep in mind (and this is VERY important) that should the grass die for ANY reason your cat will still use it! Only humans care about the grass' color and your cat will continue to use the grass when the color turns!
Kitty Lawn can be placed indoors, outdoors, or wherever your kitty prefers to lounge! If you keep your grass on a balcony or outdoors, we definitely recommend moving it inside or covering the grass while it rains.
The amount of time Kitty Lawn will last depends on a lot of factors such as if it's placed indoors or outside, in the sun or in the shade, how much water it receives, etc. Generally though, we recommend replacing your Kitty Lawn every couple weeks to keep it fresh!

Our grass is similar to any sod you'd use for a residential lawn. It is not grown specifically as a food product and we'd therefore recommend your cat not eat it.

Shipping & Billing
First time orders are billed for their initial shipment upon signup, and all subscriptions will renew automatically on the frequency you selected at checkout. Feel free to contact us with any questions regarding your billing schedule at contact@kittylawn.com
You can cancel your subscription ANYTIME. Simply login to your Kitty Lawn account online to cancel. You may also email us at contact@kittylawn.com with your reason for cancellation and we will process it as soon as possible.
Our Standard 24" x 9" Kitty Lawns are shipped using FedEx 2-Day Express on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. This schedule ensures prompt delivery, as FedEx Express does not operate on weekends and we don't want your grass sitting in the box any longer than necessary!
As for our Luxury 24" x 16" Kitty Lawns, they are shipped using standard FedEx home delivery Monday through Friday.
Since Kitty Lawn is a perishable plant, refunds are unavailable for orders that have already shipped.
