Shipping policy
All orders ship with a flat $5.95 shipping fee within the contiguous United States — this applies to both one-time and subscription orders. We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Mexico, or Canada.
DoggieLawn ships Monday - Friday. New orders placed before 2:30 PM PST (5:30 PM EST) will ship the same day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships!

For Damaged Items: Damaged product must be reported via email WITHIN 48 hours of delivery by the carrier and must be accompanied by a picture to allow us to file a claim.
